You have a few options when it comes to themes in SimpleLog:

Use the default theme

This one is the easiest. All you have to do is configure your preferences the way you want them and you're ready to go. The default theme will use your preferences to customize your site wherever it can. Of course, it's a little boring...

Download a theme

Download a publicly available theme if you're bored with the default.

Customize the default theme

Take it one step further. Use the default theme, set your preferences, then tweak the CSS file stored in themes/simplelog/stylesheets to your linking.

Build your own theme

Creating your own custom theme is the best way to get SimpleLog looking exactly how you want it. It's pretty easy, too!
